We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We may cancel an order if the ordered product is not currently available by notifying you of such unavailability and returning your entire purchase price by the same method as your payment. In that event, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail, the billing address, or the phone number you provided at the time of your order.

Any and all legal proceedings filed between the parties relating to the offer and sale of products on our website must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, which courts will be the exclusive venue for any dispute, and the parties hereby consent to and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Section 9- Limited Lifetime Warranty/Limitation on Liability
We stand behind all our products. We’re confident that everything we offer will last a lifetime.

All of our products have been tested for durability, so we know they can last. We also know that nothing is perfect all the time, and that's why all our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. If something you buy from Rizebeds.com breaks as a result of defective material or workmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you or give you a full refund of your original purchase price (less applicable tax), at our option. This is good for as long as you own the product. Just contact us with your proof of purchase and we'll make sure you get a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Any refunds will be in the form of the original payment.

The warranty does not cover any reimbursement of labor costs and does not apply to any product which has been altered or subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident.

To make a claim under this warranty, contact us at help@rizebeds.com to exchange information as to the claimed defect, to provide us with your original purchase receipt (which receipt is required to make a warranty claim), and to coordinate the return of defective product, product replacement or refund. Do not return any product to us without our prior authorization.

We make no other warranties. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED WHERE ALLOWED BY LAW. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF YOUR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

Section 10 – Return Policy
YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM TO US FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. CUSTOMER MUST PAY SHIPPING COSTS AND A 10% RESTOCKING FEE IF THE RETURN IS NOT MADE DUE TO DEFECTIVE MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP.

Return shipping is free if the return is due to defects covered by our warranty. Please review the warranty.

Section 11 – Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US.

All purchases on Rizebeds.com include free standard shipping to the continental United States. Additional shipping fees will be added to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, or for expedited shipping. All fees will be displayed during checkout.Our web site has links to many other organizations with their permission. Upon leaving the Rize web site, you are subject to the privacy policy of the new site. Rize is not responsible for the availability of the systems being linked to and these links are provided to you as a service for you to better understand the different business relationships that Rize has established.
