Smaller items will ship via Fedex Ground or Home Delivery and should reach your home within 3-5 days and includes Saturday and Sunday delivery where available.
Larger items that need to ship with our home delivery carrier typically take 5-7 business days for delivery and require an appointment to schedule the delivery. This will work similarly to an appliance delivery and typically carries a 4 hour delivery window.
Two service levels are offered with these items:
- Doorstep Delivery: This service will bring items to your front door or back door threshold or garage. Our carrier will reach out once the item ships in order to schedule your delivery appointment.
- Inside delivery: This service includes delivery to the first available room in the home. Please note: no stairs are included with this service.
