We understand, things happen! At Rize Home, we are all about comfort, and that extends to our return policy as well.
Unless a product exchange is requested due to a manufacturing defect or warranty claim, exchanges are processed as return and refund requests as described below. After returning the product you would like to exchange, you may place an order for a replacement product. No refunds will be given for fees related to shipping or for White Glove Delivery Service.
Mattresses
We recommend that you try the mattress for a period of 30 days to fully adjust to your new mattress. Returns will not be considered within 30 days of delivery to ensure you have had enough time to adjust to your new mattress. This is especially true if your old mattress was old or unsupportive. The return request must be made within 60 days after delivery to be eligible for return. Mattresses that have not been opened within 90 days of delivery is considered misuse of the product and are ineligible for warranty claims and returns. Mattress must be in a condition suitable for donation, with only normal wear and tear, as determined by Rize Home.
Adjustable Bases
Adjustable bed bases may only be returned if unused and in the original packaging. We offer a best in class warranty on all of our items, if there are any issues with your bed upon delivery please reach out to our team, we are here to help!
Mattress Protector
Mattress protectors may be returned within 60 days of delivery if the mattress protector is unopened and in its original packaging and condition. All opened item are ineligible for returns or refunds.
Furniture
Furniture may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in like new condition, in its original packaging packed as it arrived to ensure safe transit back to our facility. For items returned due to buyers remorse the customer is responsible to repackage and ship the item back to our facility.
Parts
Items listed in the "adjustable base parts & accessories" category are not returnable and all sales are considered final. If you are unsure of parts compatibility, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer success team.

Once the products have been returned and if such products fulfill the terms and conditions above, you will be refunded the entire amount paid for such products less the value of: (i) any offers or promotional discounts, (ii) any included promotional products, (iii) fees charged on the order for shipping (which includes any in home delivery services selected in checkout and listed on your receipt.
