Bedding Support 5 Year Limited Warranty

Rize Home, at its option, will repair, replace at no charge, or refund the purchase price of your Rize Home product if it becomes unserviceable within five years of purchase as a result of any defect in material or workmanship. This Five Year Limited Warranty is not transferable and coverage terminates if the original consumer sells or otherwise transfers the product. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. Product used in commercial type settings, such as but not limited to dormitories, hotels and rentals are only warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for up to ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the steel components of the frame. This warranty does NOT cover glides and other miscellaneous parts, nor damage caused by abnormal conditions or use other than as a bedding support product.

THIS FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME OR UNDERTAKE FOR RIZE HOME OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT.

To File a Claim: Prior to contacting Rize Home, confirm the product was not used in a manner inconsistent with exclusions outlined in this warranty or any other applicable document published or approved by Rize Home. To submit a warranty claim, complete the Warranty Inquiry Form within thirty days of discovery. Purchaser should be prepared to provide reasonable proof of defect and proof of purchase. Purchaser may be asked to undertake certain steps to provide evidence of the quality of the product for which a claim is being made or quality of the foundation, adjustable bed base, or bed frame used in conjunction with the mattress if the purchaser makes a claim under this Limited Warranty. These steps are essential in determining whether the warranty claim is covered. All collection of evidence of a reported issue is done via phone, chat, email, or other supported channels.

LIMITED REMEDY: The sole and exclusive remedy for any item which fails to meet the express written warranty set forth above shall be, at Rize Home’s option, replacement of the defective item. Rize Home may require reasonable evidence of the existence of a defect, and Rize Home customer service staff will discuss specific requirements as outlined in the claims process. Within the warranty period, replacement product(s) will be supplied at no charge to the purchaser, unless otherwise directed by Rize Home during the claims process. The purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs associated with the replacement of the defective product(s) unless otherwise expressly noted. At its discretion, Rize Home may request the return of defective product and will cover the shipping costs for such returns.

NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED: The foregoing express warranty is the only warranty by Rize Home. RIZE HOME SUPPLIERS AND AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, CLAIMS OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, COMPATIBILITY, OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM RIZE HOME SUPPLIERS AND AFFILIATES WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY. Rize Home does not authorize any person or entity to create for Rize Home any obligation or liability in connection with the warranties. All other express warranties or warranties implied by law or otherwise are hereby denied and disclaimed to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Rize Home, LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind or nature whatsoever caused by or arising out of this product, any breach of this warranty, or any product defects, and the sole and exclusive remedy shall be replacement of defective items within warranty to the extent and in the manner provided herein. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to every purchaser. This Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other legal rights, which may vary from state to state.
